Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, ketchup, mustard, pickles, cheddar cheese, bacon, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Press the mixture into a loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.
  • Bake for 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
