- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, ketchup, mustard, pickles, cheddar cheese, bacon, eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Press the mixture into a loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
