Ingredients

  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 3 celery stalks, sliced

  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • Add onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
