  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Cook the lo mein noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  • Add garlic, red bell pepper, and snow peas. Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the cooked noodles and sauce to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined.
