- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add garlic, red bell pepper, and snow peas. Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked noodles and sauce to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined.
