Instructions

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Wash and chop the spinach. -

Season the Dish:
Season with salt, pepper, and thyme (if using). Stir in the butter and balsamic vinegar (if using). Continue cooking for another minute to combine the flavors. -
Serve:
Transfer the sautéed mushrooms and spinach to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
