  • 3 large garlic cloves, minced
  • Parmesan cheese (real, not powdered)
  • Cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 tube biscuit dough
  • A few tablespoons butter, melted
  • Fresh or dried parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a pan, brown the ground beef with the minced garlic until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  • Add the cheddar and Parmesan cheese to the hot meat, stirring until the cheese melts and the mixture is combined.
  • Open the biscuit dough and flatten each piece on a clean surface.
  • Spoon the meat and cheese mixture into the center of each biscuit, then pinch the edges tightly to seal the filling inside.
