Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place them on a baking sheet.
  • In a small saucepan, combine the cranberries, honey, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst, about 5-7 minutes.
