Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a small saucepan, combine the cranberries, honey, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped pecans and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
