Description
This Traeger Corn on the Cob is smoky, buttery, and irresistibly seasoned with garlic, paprika, and fresh herbs. Perfectly grilled on your Traeger, this easy side dish is a summer BBQ staple that delivers bold flavor with minimal effort.
Ingredients
-
4 ears corn on the cob, husks removed
-
2–3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (measured solid before melting)
-
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
-
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
-
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
-
Preheat your Traeger grill to 400°F (204°C).
-
Prepare the butter mixture: In a small bowl, combine melted butter with garlic powder, smoked paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.
-
Brush the corn: Generously brush the butter mixture over all sides of each ear of corn.
-
Grill the corn: Place corn directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and cook for 15–20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
-
Serve: Remove from the grill and brush with any remaining seasoned butter. Serve hot!
Notes
Add a sprinkle of grated Parmesan or cotija cheese after grilling for extra flavor.
Want a smoky-citrus kick? Squeeze fresh lime over the corn just before serving.
Leftover corn can be cut off the cob and tossed into salads, tacos, or pasta dishes.
