Description

This Traeger Corn on the Cob is smoky, buttery, and irresistibly seasoned with garlic, paprika, and fresh herbs. Perfectly grilled on your Traeger, this easy side dish is a summer BBQ staple that delivers bold flavor with minimal effort.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears corn on the cob, husks removed

  • 23 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (measured solid before melting)

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Traeger grill to 400°F (204°C).

  2. Prepare the butter mixture: In a small bowl, combine melted butter with garlic powder, smoked paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.

  3. Brush the corn: Generously brush the butter mixture over all sides of each ear of corn.

  4. Grill the corn: Place corn directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and cook for 15–20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.

  5. Serve: Remove from the grill and brush with any remaining seasoned butter. Serve hot!

Notes

Add a sprinkle of grated Parmesan or cotija cheese after grilling for extra flavor.

Want a smoky-citrus kick? Squeeze fresh lime over the corn just before serving.

Leftover corn can be cut off the cob and tossed into salads, tacos, or pasta dishes.
