  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into the triangles along the perforated lines.
  • Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese in the center of each croissant dough triangle. If desired, add a small spread of Dijon mustard on the dough before adding the ham and cheese for a tangy flavor boost.
  • Carefully roll up each croissant, starting from the wide end, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
