Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Place a spoonful of lemon curd in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling, creating a pinwheel shape.
- Brush the pastries with the beaten egg.
