Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 croissants
  • 8 slices of halal turkey
  • 8 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for greasing pan

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the croissants in half lengthwise.
  • Layer a slice of turkey and a slice of cheese on one half of each croissant.
  • Carefully crack an egg on top of the cheese.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the other half of the croissant on top to make a sandwich.
  • Grease a baking dish with butter and place the croissants in the dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, you can add a small amount of Dijon mustard or mayo to the inside of the croissant before layering the ingredients.
  • You can also substitute the turkey with halal chicken or your preferred deli meat.
  • If you prefer a more runny egg, reduce the baking time slightly.
