Description
A delicious breakfast sandwich with layers of turkey, Swiss cheese, and a perfectly baked egg, all nestled inside a buttery croissant. This easy-to-make dish is perfect for a hearty breakfast or brunch.

- 8 croissants
- 8 slices of halal turkey
- 8 slices of Swiss cheese
- 8 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for greasing pan
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the croissants in half lengthwise.
- Layer a slice of turkey and a slice of cheese on one half of each croissant.
- Carefully crack an egg on top of the cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the other half of the croissant on top to make a sandwich.
- Grease a baking dish with butter and place the croissants in the dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add a small amount of Dijon mustard or mayo to the inside of the croissant before layering the ingredients.
- You can also substitute the turkey with halal chicken or your preferred deli meat.
- If you prefer a more runny egg, reduce the baking time slightly.
