Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond paste
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sliced almonds for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the croissant dough and cut it into triangles.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, almond paste, powdered sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  • Place a spoonful of the almond ricotta mixture at the wide end of each croissant triangle.
