  • 1 package of croissant dough (8 count)
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the croissant dough and separate the dough into triangles.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, honey, and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Spoon a dollop of the ricotta mixture onto the wide end of each croissant triangle.
  • Roll up the croissants starting from the wide end, forming a crescent shape.
  • Place the filled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
