- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup honey

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the croissant dough and separate the dough into triangles.
- In a small bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, honey, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Spoon a dollop of the ricotta mixture onto the wide end of each croissant triangle.
- Roll up the croissants starting from the wide end, forming a crescent shape.
- Place the filled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
