  • Yield: 12 sliders 1x

Description

Start your morning right with these delicious and easy-to-make breakfast sliders! Whether you’re serving them as a hearty breakfast or a savory brunch option, these mini sandwiches are packed with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and melty cheese, all tucked between soft slider buns. Perfect for busy mornings or a cozy weekend breakfast with family and friends.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider buns
  • 8 large eggs
  • 4 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional, for a sweet touch)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Eggs:
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder (if using). In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat, then pour in the eggs. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked and set aside.
  2. Assemble the Sliders:
Slice the slider buns in half. Lay the bottom half of the buns in a baking dish or tray. Evenly spread the scrambled eggs over the buns, followed by the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Top with Buns:
Place the top halves of the slider buns on the cheese layer, gently pressing down to ensure they are well packed.
  4. Bake the Sliders:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the sliders for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown. For a little extra flavor, you can drizzle the tops of the buns with a little maple syrup before baking.
  5. Serve and Enjoy:
Slice the sliders and serve warm. These are perfect for breakfast, brunch, or even a quick lunch.

Notes

  • Feel free to swap out the bacon for sausage patties or ham for a different flavor.
  • You can make these ahead of time and refrigerate them before baking, making them perfect for a make-ahead breakfast.
  • Add some avocado or tomato slices for extra freshness.
