  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 box vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine (or apple juice as a substitute)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.
  • In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients: yellow cake mix, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla pudding mix, cinnamon, eggs, water, oil, white wine (or apple juice), and vanilla. Mix well until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack and cool completely before serving.
