A deliciously decadent treat, these Brownie Ice Cream Bombes are made with soft brownies, a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream, and rich hot fudge, topped off with whipped cream and sprinkles for a fun and festive dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Sprinkles, for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions.
  • Pour batter into a muffin tin lined with cupcake liners.
  • Bake brownies according to package instructions and let them cool completely.
  • Once cooled, remove cupcake liners and cut brownies in half horizontally.
  • Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the bottom half of each brownie.
  • Top the ice cream with a drizzle of hot fudge sauce.
  • Place the top half of the brownie on top and press down gently.
  • Freeze bombes for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  • Before serving, top each bombe with whipped cream and sprinkles.

Notes

  • You can use any flavor of ice cream that you prefer in place of vanilla.
  • For extra chocolatey flavor, drizzle more hot fudge on top before serving.
