Description

Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries are a delightful, bite-sized dessert that combines the sweetness of fresh strawberries with a creamy, tangy cheesecake filling. These treats are easy to make, perfect for parties, and sure to be a hit with anyone who loves cheesecake and strawberries!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 large strawberries
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice (optional, for added tang)
  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream (optional for extra creaminess)
  • 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs (for garnish)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Slice a small amount off the bottom of each strawberry to create a flat base so they can stand upright.
  • Using a paring knife or small spoon, carefully hollow out the center of each strawberry, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice (if using) and mix until well combined. If you want a lighter, fluffier filling, fold in the whipped cream.
  • Spoon the cheesecake filling into a piping bag or use a small spoon to fill each hollowed-out strawberry with the cheesecake mixture.
  • Sprinkle the tops with graham cracker crumbs for that classic cheesecake crust flavor.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy these sweet, cheesecake-filled strawberry bites!

Notes

  • If you prefer a no-bake version, you can add a little bit of sour cream to the filling for a tangier flavor.
  • These strawberries can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 2 hours before serving, but it’s best to add the graham cracker crumbs right before serving to keep them crunchy.
  • You can also drizzle a little chocolate or caramel syrup on top for added sweetness!
