- 2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Beat in cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread batter into prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Do not overcook.
- Let cool before cutting into sticks.
