Instructions

  • Separate the cinnamon rolls and set the icing aside.
  • Press the cinnamon rolls into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, creating an even layer.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and eggs until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cinnamon rolls, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and slightly golden.
  • Drizzle with the reserved icing from the cinnamon roll cans.
