  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the ricotta mixture until well combined, taking care not to deflate the whipped cream.
