- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the ricotta mixture until well combined, taking care not to deflate the whipped cream.
- Pour the creamy mixture into the pre-made graham cracker pie crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the tart to set and firm up.
- Before serving, top with fresh berries like strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries for a burst of freshness and color.
