- 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate chip cookies
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped cookie dough
Instructions
- Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Soften vanilla ice cream and mix in mini chocolate chips and chopped cookie dough.
- Spread ice cream mixture over the cookie crust in the pan.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Make sure the ice cream is softened enough to mix in the chocolate chips and cookie dough easily.
- You can also add a layer of whipped cream or chocolate sauce on top for extra indulgence.
