Description
This Hot Fudge Brownie Bread is a decadent dessert that combines the rich, fudgy texture of brownies with the comforting, moist texture of bread. It’s easy to make with a box of brownie mix and topped with chocolate chips for extra indulgence!
Ingredients
-
1 box brownie mix (approximately 18.3 oz)
-
11-ounce jar hot fudge sauce
-
3 eggs
-
1/3 cup vegetable oil
-
1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
Instructions
-
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper. -
Prepare the Batter:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, hot fudge sauce, eggs, vegetable oil, and milk chocolate chips. Stir until everything is well incorporated and the batter is smooth. -
Pour and Bake:
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs (it shouldn’t be wet with batter).
-
Cool and Serve:
Let the brownie bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve!
Notes
-
For an extra touch of flavor, you can drizzle more hot fudge sauce over the top once the bread is baked and cooled.
-
If you prefer a more cake-like texture, you can add 1/4 cup of sour cream to the batter for added moisture.
-
This bread can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
