- 1 box of Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz white chocolate, melted
- Green food coloring
- Sprinkles, for decoration
Instructions
- In a large bowl, crumble the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes into small pieces.
- Add the softened cream cheese to the crumbled cakes and mix until the mixture is well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small truffle-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the truffles for 15 minutes to firm up.
- In the meantime, melt the white chocolate using a microwave or double boiler.
- Once melted, add green food coloring to the white chocolate and mix until well combined.
- Dip each truffle into the green chocolate, making sure to coat it completely.
- Place the truffles back on the parchment-lined baking sheet and decorate with sprinkles.
- Let the chocolate set before serving.
