Ingredients

  • 1 box of Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz white chocolate, melted
  • Green food coloring
  • Sprinkles, for decoration

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, crumble the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes into small pieces.
  • Add the softened cream cheese to the crumbled cakes and mix until the mixture is well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into small truffle-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Freeze the truffles for 15 minutes to firm up.
  • In the meantime, melt the white chocolate using a microwave or double boiler.
  • Once melted, add green food coloring to the white chocolate and mix until well combined.
  • Dip each truffle into the green chocolate, making sure to coat it completely.
  • Place the truffles back on the parchment-lined baking sheet and decorate with sprinkles.
  • Let the chocolate set before serving.
