- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar

- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Place a Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cake in the bottom of each liner.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Add green food coloring to achieve the desired color.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes in each liner.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheesecakes are set.
- Allow cheesecakes to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Top with assorted sprinkles before serving.
