Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  • Beat in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until the batter is smooth.
  • Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
