Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
- Beat in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until the batter is smooth.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely before removing from the tin.
