Description

These Nutella Stuffed Cookies are the perfect treat for chocolate lovers! The rich, gooey Nutella center is surrounded by a soft and chewy cookie. A simple yet decadent dessert that’s sure to impress!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  • Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  • Scoop a tablespoon of dough, flatten it in your palm, place a small amount of Nutella in the center, then fold the dough around the Nutella, forming a ball.
  • Place cookie dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are set.
  • Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For extra gooey cookies, underbake by 1-2 minutes and allow the cookies to set on the baking sheet before transferring.
  • Make sure to fully seal the Nutella inside the dough to avoid leaks while baking.
