- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour a small amount of batter into the pan, swirling to coat the bottom evenly.
- Cook for about 2 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional minute. Repeat with remaining batter.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each crepe and roll up.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
