Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • Whipped cream and chocolate shavings, for garnish

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  • Remove from heat and add the chopped semisweet chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  • Stir in the caramel sauce and sea salt until well combined.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture into individual serving cups or bowls.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the mousse to set.
  • Once ready to serve, garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

Notes

  • You can use store-bought caramel sauce, or make your own for an extra homemade touch.
