- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Mix orange juice, crushed pineapple, and orange marmalade in a separate bowl. Spoon half of this mixture over the cream cheese. Repeat the layers.
- Swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 55 minutes. Turn off oven and leave cheesecake inside for 1 hour. Remove and refrigerate overnight.
