  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Mix orange juice, crushed pineapple, and orange marmalade in a separate bowl. Spoon half of this mixture over the cream cheese. Repeat the layers.
  • Swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  • Bake for 55 minutes. Turn off oven and leave cheesecake inside for 1 hour. Remove and refrigerate overnight.

  • For extra citrus flavor, add more orange marmalade.
