  • 1/4 cup cream cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a donut pan.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  • Fill Donut Pan: Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each donut cavity about 3/4 full.
