- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a donut pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Fill Donut Pan: Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each donut cavity about 3/4 full.
- Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool: Allow the donuts to cool completely before adding the topping.
- Prepare Topping: In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese and graham cracker crumbs until smooth and combined.
