- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in diced strawberries.
- Place a small spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Fold the corners of the wonton wrapper up to the center and pinch to seal.
- Brush each wonton bite with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
- For a richer flavor, you can add a bit of lemon zest to the cream cheese filling.
- If you’d prefer a lighter version, you can use low-fat cream cheese or substitute the sugar with a sweetener of your choice.
