Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, melt the dark chocolate chips over low heat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  • Slowly add the melted chocolate to the ricotta mixture and stir until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Notes
