- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
- Whisk in the cocoa powder, sugar, cinnamon, chili powder, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Continue to heat the mixture, stirring occasionally, until hot.
- Pour the hot chocolate into a cocktail glass with a sugar-cinnamon rim.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Notes
- For extra sweetness, you can rim the glass with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon before pouring in the hot chocolate.
