- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together ground beef, Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center. Seal the edges to form a ball.
- Place the balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush the butter mixture over each ball.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes
- For an extra cheesy version, add a small cube of mozzarella inside the beef mixture before sealing the dough.
