These savory Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a perfect handheld appetizer or meal. With seasoned beef and gooey Parmesan cheese wrapped in biscuit dough, then brushed with a buttery garlic topping, these little bites are packed with flavor and sure to please any crowd.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix together ground beef, Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center. Seal the edges to form a ball.
  • Place the balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush the butter mixture over each ball.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • For an extra cheesy version, add a small cube of mozzarella inside the beef mixture before sealing the dough.
