This flavorful and crispy baked chicken is topped with a sweet and spicy hot honey sauce. Perfectly crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside, this dish delivers a bold flavor with every bite.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a shallow dish, mix together flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Coat each chicken breast in the flour mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake chicken for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  • In a saucepan, combine hot sauce, honey, butter, and apple cider vinegar. Cook over low heat until butter is melted and mixture is well combined.
  • Once chicken is cooked, brush hot honey sauce over each piece.
  • Return chicken to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra crunch, you can dip the chicken in beaten egg before coating it with the flour mixture.
  • Adjust the level of heat by adding more or less hot sauce to the honey sauce.
