- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup hot sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, mix together flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Coat each chicken breast in the flour mixture and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake chicken for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, combine hot sauce, honey, butter, and apple cider vinegar. Cook over low heat until butter is melted and mixture is well combined.
- Once chicken is cooked, brush hot honey sauce over each piece.
- Return chicken to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crunch, you can dip the chicken in beaten egg before coating it with the flour mixture.
- Adjust the level of heat by adding more or less hot sauce to the honey sauce.
