- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the diced onion, green bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Unroll the crescent rolls and separate them into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto each triangle and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Roll up the crescent rolls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.
