Description

This Cheesy Pull-Apart Garlic Bread is the ultimate comfort food, with soft, buttery, garlicky bread filled with gooey melted mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Perfect for a side dish or a snack that will be gone in no time!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut the French bread into 1-inch slices without cutting all the way through, leaving the loaf intact at the bottom.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and dried parsley.
  • Using a spoon or brush, drizzle the butter mixture generously between the slices of bread.
  • Stuff the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese into the cuts of the bread.
  • Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until the bread is warm and the cheese is melted.
  • Unwrap the bread and bake for an additional 5 minutes to allow the top to become golden and slightly crispy.
  • Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy, garlicky goodness!

Notes

  • You can use other types of cheese like cheddar or provolone for different flavors.
  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes or a bit of hot sauce to the butter mixture.
  • This bread is best served immediately while the cheese is still melted and gooey.
