  • 1/2 cup Marsala wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
  • In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter with 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat.
