- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter with 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
