This simple and flavorful dish features tender chicken breasts served over a bed of buttery garlic noodles. Finished with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley, it’s a quick and satisfying meal.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- While the chicken cooks, prepare egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet used for the chicken, melt butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat them with the butter and garlic.
- Serve the cooked chicken breasts over the buttered noodles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can also squeeze some lemon juice over the chicken before serving.
- Try using whole wheat or gluten-free noodles for a healthier alternative.
