- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute to form a roux.
- Gradually whisk in milk and chicken broth, and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a greased baking dish, layer lasagna noodles and shrimp mixture, repeating layers, and ending with shrimp mixture on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
