  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute to form a roux.
  • Gradually whisk in milk and chicken broth, and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  • In a greased baking dish, layer lasagna noodles and shrimp mixture, repeating layers, and ending with shrimp mixture on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
