Ingredients

  • Thai sweet chili sauce (for drizzling)

  • 1/2 pound ham, sliced

  • 1 cup cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)

  • Olives (optional, sliced or whole)


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.

  • Spread a thin layer of Thai sweet chili sauce over the surface of the pastry.

  • Layer the sliced ham evenly over the pastry, followed by the cheese.

  • If using olives, scatter them over the cheese.

  • Carefully roll the puff pastry sheet into a log or cylinder.

  • Slice the rolled pastry into 1-inch pinwheels.

  • Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
