  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 package corn tortillas
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef with the chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and Rotel tomatoes to the skillet. Stir to combine the ingredients.
  4. In a greased casserole dish, layer corn tortillas, meat mixture, and cubes of Velveeta cheese.
