- 1 package corn tortillas

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef with the chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and Rotel tomatoes to the skillet. Stir to combine the ingredients.
- In a greased casserole dish, layer corn tortillas, meat mixture, and cubes of Velveeta cheese.
- Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, ending with a final layer of cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
