- 8 oz pasta of choice

Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, until softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine and the sauce to thicken.
- Meanwhile, in a separate pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Serve the beef mixture over the cooked pasta, and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
