Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the dough: Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares (about 3 inches each).
- Assemble the pizza pockets: Place a spoonful of marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella, sliced pepperoni, and grated Parmesan cheese onto the center of each square.
- Seal the pockets: Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal, creating little pockets.
