Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

Instructions

  • Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper.
