- 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cucumbers, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, sliced cucumbers, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the shrimp and vegetable mixture. Toss gently until everything is well coated.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
