Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cucumbers, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, sliced cucumbers, and red onion.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the shrimp and vegetable mixture. Toss gently until everything is well coated.
