Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips

Instructions

  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning and water to the skillet with the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  • Spread a layer of refried beans on each tortilla, followed by the beef mixture.
  • Top with nacho cheese sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and crushed tortilla chips.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll up tightly.

Notes
