Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread the tuna mixture on one slice of whole grain bread.
  3. Top with lettuce leaves and tomato slices.
  4. Place the other slice of bread on top to form a sandwich.
