- Lettuce leaves

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the tuna mixture on one slice of whole grain bread.
- Top with lettuce leaves and tomato slices.
- Place the other slice of bread on top to form a sandwich.
- Cut in half and serve.
