Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Wrap each hot dog with a strip of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
- Place the bacon-wrapped hot dogs on the grill and cook until the bacon is crispy and the hot dogs are heated through.
- In a large skillet, cook the sliced onions over medium heat until they are caramelized.
