- Prepare the Tzatziki Dip:
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and develop.
- Make the Pita Chips:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the pita bread into triangles, and arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Optional: Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt for extra flavor.
- Bake for about 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Serve:
- Once the tzatziki has chilled and the pita chips are baked, serve the dip with the crispy pita chips on the side.
