- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Grill the chicken: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Cook the chicken: Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is cooked through.
- Make the chipotle ranch dipping sauce: In a blender, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, chipotle pepper, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve: Plate the grilled chicken and serve with the chipotle ranch dipping sauce on the side.
Notes
- If you want more heat, add an additional chipotle pepper or some of the adobo sauce from the can.
- You can serve the chicken with a side of vegetables, rice, or salad for a more complete meal.
